Chamonix/Accomodation

Our courses are run from our luxury chalet in Argentiere – Chalet Maya. This gives you the ideal place to practise, in an actual kitchen run as luxury catered chalet. We have added several hobs and work stations so all pupils will get plenty of practical “hands on” time in the kitchen. The chalet is all en suite with 2 to a room. Chamonix is a typical ski resort. You will be able to see for yourself what the Alps are all about and how you fit in now that you are to become a seasonnaire rather than a tourist. Chamonix is an original old ski town, with paved roads and church spires. The towering Mont Blanc is ever present with its world famous “Vallee Blanche” 25km ski run.
