Who Are We?

Richard and Veronica own and run Mountain Retreats which has been operating since 2001. Mountain Retreats offers high end catered chalet packages. We have employed many chefs in the past which has built up our knowledge of what the essential skills are of a chalet cook. We also have considerable experience in running chalets so know all the methods, routines and short cuts for seasonnaires working in a chalet.

Lou our chef initially arrived in Chamonix to work as a chalet manager and assistant chef for a corporate entertaining company. She and her husband owned and ran a successful chalet company 'Snowflakes' for over 12 years and having recently sold the chalet and business, now operate a catering and housekeeping company 'Rock 'n' Relish'.
